These Terms are the revised version that applies from 2026年11月2日. In line with the consolidation of the terms of service of Our Games into the “NexlimGames Terms of Service,” the provisions that referred to the terms of each Covered Service have been revised.
Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)
- These Terms set forth the creation, use, suspension, and deletion of the “NexlimGames Account” (hereinafter referred to as the “Account”) provided by Nexlim Inc. (株式会社Nexlim) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
- In these Terms, the terms set forth in the following items shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them below.
- “Account” means an account created on the Company’s Authentication Platform (id.nexlim.games) for the purpose of identifying Users in common across multiple services designated by the Company.
- “Covered Services” means the services designated by the Company as services that can be logged in to with an Account. In addition to the game portal “NexlimGames” (nexlim.games), they include those games provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Each Game”) that are designated by the Company. The Covered Services are displayed on the Account login screen or on the screen of each Covered Service.
- “Service Terms” means the “NexlimGames Terms of Service” established by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Service”). Provisions concerning the use of each Covered Service (including provisions specific to Each Game) are placed in the Terms of Service and its Appendices.
- “Users” means all persons who create or use an Account.
- “Service Data” means data recorded in each Covered Service as a result of a User’s use of the Covered Services (profiles, scores, Game Data, items, etc.).
Article 2 (Agreement to These Terms and Relationship with the Service Terms)
- Users shall create an Account after agreeing to these Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy on the Account creation screen. The confirmation of consent when these Terms are amended is governed by Article 2, paragraph 2 and Article 33 of the Terms of Service.
- When using the Covered Services, the Terms of Service apply in addition to these Terms. These Terms prevail with respect to matters concerning the creation, management, suspension, and deletion of Accounts, and the Terms of Service prevail with respect to matters concerning the use of each Covered Service and Service Data.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not create an Account.
Article 3 (Creation of an Account)
- Users may create an Account by any of the following methods.
- Registration with an email address and password (email address verification is required)
- Linkage with a Google account
- Linkage with a Discord account
- It may be possible to associate multiple methods under the preceding paragraph with a single Account.
- Users shall keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
- If a minor creates an Account, the minor must obtain the consent of a legal representative (parent or guardian) in advance. In particular, persons under 13 years of age must use the Account only with the consent and under the supervision of a legal representative. The Company has no means of verifying the age of Users.
- A person who has been subjected to the measures set forth in Article 8, or who has withdrawn an Account that was subjected to such measures, may also create a new Account; provided, however, that, in order to prevent fraudulent acts, the Company may treat an Account that it reasonably determines to have been created by a person previously subjected to such measures as an Account requiring attention. If any act that violates these Terms is committed with the new Account, the Company will take the measures set forth in Article 8.
Article 4 (Management of the Account)
- Users shall manage their passwords and linked accounts at their own responsibility and shall not lend, transfer, sell, or share them with any third party.
- Any and all acts performed using an Account (including acts in all Covered Services) shall be deemed acts of the User who holds that Account. The Company bears no responsibility for damage arising from inadequate password management, use by a third party, or the like.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your Account, please promptly change your password and contact the Company.
- An Account belongs exclusively to the User and shall not be succeeded to by inheritance or any other method.
Article 5 (Prohibition of Multiple Accounts)
- Each User may hold only one Account. The creation, holding, or use of multiple Accounts by the same User is prohibited.
- The treatment of cases where multiple persons use a Standalone Game (Article 1, item 4 of the Terms of Service) from the same connection (the same IP address) is governed by Article 14 of the Terms of Service.
Article 6 (Provision of Information to Covered Services)
- When a User logs in to a Covered Service using an Account, the Authentication Platform provides that Covered Service with information to the extent necessary for login (the Account identifier and, where the Covered Service requires it, the display name and email address). The scope of the information provided is set forth in the Privacy Policy for each Covered Service.
- All Covered Services are operated by the Company, and the provision under the preceding paragraph is use within the Company. The scope of the information provided is displayed on the login screen or on the screen of each Covered Service.
- The handling of information in the Covered Services is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- When an Account is deleted, the Authentication Platform sends a notice of deletion to each Covered Service (Article 9, paragraph 3).
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
In using an Account, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.
- Any act that violates Article 4, paragraph 1 or Article 5
- Creating an Account using another person’s email address or external service account, or impersonating another person
- Exchanging, or attempting to exchange, an Account or Service Data for real money or any other thing of property value, or any other act that constitutes RMT as set forth in Article 26 of the Terms of Service
- Unauthorized access to the Authentication Platform, circumvention of authentication, searching for or exploiting vulnerabilities, brute-force login attempts, or other attacks
- Mass creation of Accounts by automated means
- Any act that violates the Terms of Service in connection with the use of the Covered Services
- Any other act that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate
Article 8 (Suspension — NexlimGames-Level and Game-Level)
- There are two types of suspension measures taken by the Company.
- NexlimGames-Level Suspension (Account Suspension) — A measure that suspends the Account itself. With an Account subjected to this measure, the User can no longer log in to any of the Covered Services.
- Game-Level Suspension — A measure that suspends the use of all or part of a specific Covered Service (Each Game or the game portal). Even if a User is subjected to this measure, the Account itself is not suspended, and the User may continue to use the other Covered Services.
- The Company may suspend an Account without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following.
- Where the Company reasonably determines that the User has violated, or is likely to violate, these Terms
- Where the User has committed an act falling under Article 7, item 3 (RMT), item 4, or item 5
- Where there has been a serious or repeated violation of the Terms of Service in any of the Covered Services, and the Company reasonably determines that the use of the other Covered Services should also be suspended
- Where the Company determines that the security of the Account has been compromised, such as by unauthorized use by a third party (a suspension in this case may be temporary until security is confirmed)
- The requirements and effects of a Game-Level Suspension are governed by Article 29 of the Terms of Service.
- If an Account is suspended, the login sessions of that Account become invalid, and the User cannot withdraw during the suspension (Article 9, paragraph 2). The Service Data in each Covered Service during the suspension will be retained without being deleted. The forfeiture of Paid Items in the case of a suspension on the ground of a violation of the terms is governed by Article 29, paragraph 3 of the Terms of Service; Paid Items are not forfeited in the case of a temporary suspension to ensure security under paragraph 2, item 4.
- The Company is not obligated to explain the reasons for the measures under this Article; provided, however, that if a User so requests, the Company may conduct a re-examination at its discretion.
- The Company bears no responsibility for any damage suffered by Users as a result of measures under this Article; provided, however, that this does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 9 (Withdrawal and Account Deletion)
- Users may delete their Account (withdraw) at any time. Withdrawal can be carried out from the Account settings screen. If you are unable to use that screen, please contact the contact point set forth in Article 12. In this case, the Company will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.
- While an Account is suspended under Article 8, the withdrawal set forth in the preceding paragraph (neither the procedure on the settings screen nor a request to the contact point) cannot be carried out. Information on a suspended Account is retained without being deleted in order to prevent fraudulent re-registration. If the suspension is lifted, the User may withdraw as set forth in the preceding paragraph.
- When an Account is deleted, the User can no longer log in to any of the Covered Services with that Account, and the User will be treated as having also withdrawn from all Covered Services. The Company will delete the Service Data of each Covered Service (Game Data, held items (including Paid Items), unused in-game currency, scores, Comments, etc.) in accordance with Article 18 of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
- Upon deletion of an Account, no refund or other reimbursement will be made for Paid Items purchased in each Covered Service or for unused in-game currency (Article 18, paragraph 5 of the Terms of Service).
- If you wish to delete only the Service Data of a specific Covered Service, please use the withdrawal procedure of that Covered Service (if any) or the contact point set forth in Article 12 (Article 18, paragraph 3 of the Terms of Service). In this case, the Account and the Service Data of the other Covered Services will not be deleted.
- Even after withdrawal, the Company may retain certain records (history of suspensions and their lifting, purchase history, etc.) to the extent necessary for legitimate purposes such as preventing fraudulent acts and complying with laws and regulations. In addition, only for Accounts that have been subjected to the measures set forth in Article 8 (and were withdrawn after the suspension was lifted), the Company will retain, even after withdrawal, hash values for identifying such Accounts for the treatment set forth in Article 3, paragraph 5. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
- Deleted Accounts and Service Data cannot be restored.
Article 10 (Changes, Interruption, and Termination of the Authentication Platform)
- The Company may, without prior notice to Users, change the login methods, add Covered Services or revoke their designation, or change other specifications of the Account.
- The Company may interrupt the provision of the Authentication Platform due to system maintenance, failures, or other reasons. During this period, Users may be unable to log in to the Covered Services.
- If the Company terminates the provision of the Authentication Platform, it will, to the extent possible, announce this at least 30 days before the termination date; provided, however, that this does not apply where there are unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations, or business or technical reasons.
Article 11 (Disclaimer, Amendment of These Terms, and Severability)
- The Company bears no responsibility for any damage suffered by Users as a result of the use of, or inability to use, an Account. The same applies where a User cannot log in due to failures of, or changes to the specifications of, external services (Google, Discord, etc.); provided, however, that this does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- Notwithstanding the main clause of the preceding paragraph, if the contract between the Company and a User constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法), the Company shall be liable for damage suffered by the User due to the Company’s minor negligence, within the scope of direct and actual damage that would ordinarily arise.
- The provisions of Article 33 (Amendment of These Terms) of the Terms of Service shall apply mutatis mutandis to the amendment of these Terms (with “these Terms” in that Article being read as “the NexlimGames Common Account Terms,” and “the Service” being read as “the Authentication Platform or the Covered Services”).
- Even if any provision of these Terms or any part thereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining part shall continue in full force and effect.
