- When using Paid Services, in addition to these Terms, the content displayed on the purchase screen and the content of the “Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act” shall apply.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
Article 3 (Eligibility and Use by Minors)
- In principle, the Service is available to anyone.
- The Company has no means of verifying the age of Users. Matters relating to age shall be determined at the responsibility of the User and the User’s legal representative (parent or guardian).
- If a minor uses the Service, the minor must obtain the consent of a legal representative in advance. In particular, persons under 13 years of age must use the Service only with the consent and under the supervision of a legal representative.
- If a minor posts Comments, chat messages, or any other publicly visible writing, the minor should review the precautions in Article 8 and Article 15 together with a legal representative.
- The use of Paid Services by minors is governed by Article 24.
Chapter 2 The Portal
Article 4 (Content of the Portal)
- The Portal provides the following features. The content of the features may be changed without notice.
- A feature for playing Portal Games (including games that can be played without an account)
- Recording of scores and display of rankings
- A Comment section for each Portal Game
- Creating, joining, and spectating Match Rooms, and recruiting opponents
- Setting a profile (nickname and icon)
- Posting of announcements and introductions to Standalone Games
- Logging in with a NexlimGames Account is required to record scores, post Comments, create Match Rooms, and use other features designated by the Company.
- Use of the Portal and the Portal Games is free of charge. Paid Services of the Standalone Games are governed by Chapter 4. Communication charges necessary for using the Service shall be borne by the User.
Article 5 (Scope of Communication Between Users)
- The features of the Service through which a User can send text or the like to other Users are limited to Comments (Article 8), public recruitment in Match Rooms (Article 9), and the public chat of the Standalone Games specified in Appendix 1 (Article 15). All of these take place in public spaces that can be seen by everyone who can view the relevant feature.
- The Service does not provide any messaging feature whose content can be viewed only among specific Users (direct messages, private chats, group chats limited to certain participants, etc.).
- The Service does not provide a feature (chat) through which Users exchange text with each other within a Match Room.
Article 6 (Scores and Rankings)
- Scores in Portal Games are recorded for logged-in Users and are published as rankings together with the User’s nickname and icon. Rankings in Standalone Games are governed by Article 15 and Appendix 1.
- The Company may, without prior notice, correct or delete scores that it reasonably determines were obtained by improper means or that were recorded due to a bug.
- The Company may recalculate or reset rankings in connection with changes to game specifications or the like.
Article 7 (Profiles)
- Users may set a nickname and an icon (selected from those provided by the Company) within the Portal. Nicknames can be viewed by other Users.
- Please do not set your real name or any other personally identifiable information as your nickname.
- The Company may, without prior notice, change or delete any nickname that it determines to be inappropriate.
Article 8 (Comments)
- Users may post Comments about a Portal Game in the Comment section provided on that game’s page or elsewhere. Posted Comments are made public, together with the posting User’s nickname and icon, to everyone who views the Portal.
- Users shall not include any of the following content in Comments:
- Content that defames or slanders others, discriminatory expressions, or threatening expressions
- Obscene expressions, violent or cruel expressions, or other expressions that cause discomfort to others
- Personal information of oneself or others (name, address, telephone number, email address, contact information such as social media accounts, school name or workplace, etc.)
- Content that invites other Users to communicate outside the Service (on external social media, chat services, messaging apps, etc.), or content aimed at meeting people

- Content that spreads improper means (cheating, modification, exploitation of bugs, etc.) under the guise of game strategy information
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, or other rights of third parties
- Repeated posting of identical or similar content, or other content that interferes with the use of the Comment section
- Content that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals, or content that promotes criminal acts
- Any other content that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate
- Users may report Comments they consider inappropriate to the Company using the reporting feature provided in the Comment section. The Company will review the content of reports and, as necessary, take the measures set forth in Article 29. Information about the reporting User will not be disclosed to the poster of the reported Comment.
- If the Company determines that a Comment falls under any item of paragraph 2, or if a Comment meets the automatic detection criteria established by the Company (such as detection of inappropriate words), the Company may hide or delete that Comment without prior notice. The Company is not obligated to explain the reason for hiding or deletion.
- When Comments are posted, the Company may perform a check (a mechanism that detects automated access) to prevent mass posting for mischievous purposes.
- The Company is not obligated to constantly monitor the content of Comments and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or the like of the content of Comments. The Company will not intervene in any dispute arising between a User and another User or a third party due to a Comment; provided, however, that if there is a request based on laws and regulations (such as a request for disclosure of sender information), the Company will respond in accordance with laws and regulations.
Article 9 (Match Rooms, Recruitment, and Spectating)
- Logged-in Users may create Match Rooms within the conditions established by the Company (the number of rooms per person, the interval between creations, etc.).
- All Match Rooms are public. Created rooms are displayed in a list (lobby) for each Portal Game, and other Users may take an empty seat to play or may spectate the match. The creator of a room cannot invite only specific opponents or restrict spectating.
- By using the “Recruit” operation in the room, the creator of a room may display a recruitment for opponents on the top page of the Portal or elsewhere. The text of recruitments is limited to fixed text established by the Company. Text freely entered by Users is never displayed as a recruitment.
- The moves made during a match, the result, and the nicknames and icons of the Users in the match are displayed to spectators.
- The Company may close a room or end a match upon the lapse of a time established by the Company, such as for a room in which no opponent appears or for the seat of a User whose connection has been interrupted. The treatment of the result in such cases is governed by the rules displayed on the screen of each Portal Game.
- Intentional disconnection during a match, abandoning a match, collusion for the purpose of manipulating results (so-called match fixing), the use of multiple seats by the same User, and any other act that impairs the fairness of matches are prohibited.
- In the future, after completing the procedures required under laws and regulations, the Company may provide rooms limited to certain participants or other features. In that case, the Company will revise these Terms and announce this on the Service.
Article 10 (Advertising and Links to External Sites)
- The Company may display advertisements of the Company or third parties on the Service. The handling of information in connection with ad delivery is set forth in the Privacy Policy.
- The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The terms and the like of each such service apply to the content and use of the linked sites, and the Company bears no responsibility for them except as otherwise provided in these Terms.
Chapter 3 Standalone Games
Article 11 (Starting to Use a Standalone Game)
- To newly start a Standalone Game, a User must log in to that Standalone Game with a NexlimGames Account; provided, however, that for Standalone Games for which Appendix 1 specifies that Guest Play can be newly started, a User may start with Guest Play.
- The features, conditions of use, and other provisions for each Standalone Game are as set forth in Appendix 1.
Article 12 (Guest Play)
- Game Data from Guest Play is identified by a cookie stored in the browser. The validity period of that cookie shall be the period specified in Appendix 1, and it is automatically extended for as long as the Standalone Game continues to be used.
- In any of the following cases, access to Game Data from Guest Play will be lost and cannot be restored:
- If the browser’s cookies are deleted
- If the Standalone Game is accessed from a different browser, a different device, private browsing, or the like
- If the validity period has elapsed since the last use
- To retain Game Data continuously and use it from multiple devices, please carry out the linkage set forth in the following paragraph. The Company bears no responsibility for the loss of Game Data of Users who have not carried out the linkage.
- Linkage from Guest Play to a Game Account is carried out by logging in to the relevant Standalone Game with a NexlimGames Account. Upon linkage, the Game Data from the preceding Guest Play will be carried over to that Game Account. After linkage, it is not possible to return to Guest Play.
- Game Data from Guest Play may be carried over to only one Game Account.
- Paid Services are available only to Users who have created a Game Account. This is because, under Guest Play, purchased Paid Items cannot be restored if lost.
Article 13 (Game Accounts)
- Only one Game Account for each Standalone Game may be held per NexlimGames Account.
- Any and all acts performed using a Game Account shall be deemed acts of the User who holds that Game Account. The management of NexlimGames Accounts is set forth in the Account Terms.
- The Company will not merge Game Accounts associated with different NexlimGames Accounts into one solely on the ground that their email addresses are the same.
Article 14 (Declaration of Use on the Same Connection)
- The prohibition of multiple accounts set forth in Article 5 of the Account Terms also applies to Game Accounts. Creating multiple NexlimGames Accounts to hold multiple Game Accounts in the same Standalone Game falls under the prohibition in that Article.
- If multiple persons use a Standalone Game from the same connection (the same IP address) (family members, siblings, persons living together, etc.), please submit a self-declaration through the contact point set forth in Article 35 after each Game Account has been created. If such a declaration is submitted, the Company will treat the relevant multiple Game Accounts as not falling under the prohibition in the preceding paragraph.
- If multiple Game Accounts are used from the same connection without the declaration set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company will presume this to be a violation of paragraph 1 and may take the measures set forth in Article 29. Please submit the declaration before the Company detects any violation.
- The Company may contact you to confirm the content of a declaration. If a declaration is found to be false, the declaration shall be invalid and shall be subject to the measures set forth in Article 29.
- The creation or use of multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an advantage in rankings, rewards, or other in-game systems is prohibited regardless of whether a declaration has been submitted.
- The Standalone Games for which declarations under this Article are accepted are as set forth in Appendix 1.
Article 15 (Information Made Public in Standalone Games and Chat)
- In Standalone Games, as specified in Appendix 1, a User’s display name, self-introduction, records, and the like are made public to other Users of that Standalone Game. Please do not set your real name or any other personally identifiable information as your display name or self-introduction.
- In Standalone Games for which Appendix 1 specifies that chat is provided, Users may post messages in a public chat that can be viewed by everyone who uses that Standalone Game. Article 8, paragraphs 2 through 6 shall apply mutatis mutandis to messages posted in chat (with “Comment” in that Article being read as “chat message”).
- In-game mail in Standalone Games is limited to distributions from the Company (rewards, announcements, delivery of in-game trades, etc.), and Users cannot send messages directly to each other.
- The Company may, without prior notice, change, hide, or delete any display name, self-introduction, or chat message that it determines to be inappropriate.
Article 16 (Game Data and Changes to Game Content)
- The Company may, without prior notice to Users, change, add, or remove game balance, features, specifications, item performance, and the like. The performance of Paid Items may also be changed for the purpose of adjusting game balance.
- Where there is a legitimate reason, such as fixing bugs or responding to fraudulent acts, the Company may correct, roll back, or delete a User’s Game Data.
- The Company bears no responsibility for any disadvantage suffered by Users as a result of measures under this Article; provided, however, that if Paid Items become unusable due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company will respond in accordance with Article 22, paragraph 2.
Article 17 (Campaigns and Granting of Bonuses)
- For the purpose of promoting the use of the Service, making announcements, or other purposes, the Company may conduct campaigns for a fixed period and grant Free Items or other bonuses to Users.
- The content of a campaign, the conditions for participation, the type and quantity of bonuses to be granted, the timing of grant, and the upper limits shall be determined by the Company and announced on the Service or on the Company’s official accounts.
- Bonuses are granted to accounts that are using the relevant game at the time of grant determined by the Company. Accounts created after the time of grant, and accounts subject to the measures set forth in Article 29, are not eligible for the grant.
- Bonuses are granted by in-game mail or other methods determined by the Company. If the receipt deadline determined by the Company has passed, the relevant bonus shall be forfeited. Forfeited bonuses will not be re-granted.
- If the Company reasonably determines that any of the following applies, the Company may change or cancel the content of a campaign, stop granting bonuses, or revoke bonuses already granted.
- Where figures relating to the achievement conditions of a campaign have been manipulated by automated means or other improper methods
- Where there has been any act that violates Article 14, Article 25, or Article 26
- Where conducting a campaign or confirming its achievement conditions has become difficult due to changes in the specifications of external services, failures, or other reasons not attributable to the Company
- Bonuses granted through campaigns are Free Items and are granted without payment of consideration. The Company bears no responsibility for any disadvantage suffered by Users as a result of measures under this Article.
- Even where the Company conducts a campaign using an external service (such as X (formerly Twitter)), the operator of that external service is not involved in the campaign.
Article 18 (Withdrawal from Standalone Games)
- Users may withdraw from a Standalone Game at any time and request the deletion of their Game Account and Game Data.
- If you delete (withdraw from) your NexlimGames Account, you will be treated as having also withdrawn from all Standalone Games. In this case, upon receiving a notice of deletion from the Authentication Platform, the Company will carry out the withdrawal procedure for each Standalone Game.
- If you wish to delete only the data for a specific Standalone Game while keeping your NexlimGames Account, or if you wish to delete data from Guest Play (not linked to a NexlimGames Account), please contact the contact point set forth in Article 35. The Company will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.
- Upon withdrawal, the Game Data, held items (including Paid Items), and unused in-game currency for the relevant Standalone Game shall all be forfeited. These cannot be restored after withdrawal.
- Upon withdrawal, no refund or other reimbursement whatsoever will be made for purchased Paid Items or unused in-game currency. Withdrawal is carried out at the User’s own discretion; please complete the procedure with this understanding.
- Even after withdrawal, the Company may retain certain records (purchase history, audit logs, etc.) to the extent necessary for legitimate purposes such as preventing fraudulent acts, complying with laws and regulations, and keeping accounting and tax records. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
- Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall also apply mutatis mutandis where a Game Account is subjected to suspension or deletion under Article 29.
- Withdrawing from a Standalone Game does not delete your NexlimGames Account.
Chapter 4 Paid Services
Article 19 (Paid Services)
- In Our Games for which Appendix 1 specifies that Paid Services are available, Paid Items may be purchased for consideration.
- Sales prices (including the amount equivalent to consumption tax) are displayed on each purchase screen. Communication charges and other costs necessary for payment shall be borne by the User.
- A purchase is concluded when the User, on the purchase screen, confirms the purchase details and price and performs the confirmation operation.
- Payment methods shall be those displayed on the purchase screen. Payments are processed through the payment service provider engaged by the Company (as specified in Appendix 1). The Company does not retain Users’ credit card numbers or other payment information.
- Paid Items are granted to the User’s Game Account immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure.
- Paid Items and Free Items may be used only within the relevant game. They cannot be exchanged for other games, other Users’ accounts, real money, or any other thing of property value (Article 26).
- The validity period of Paid Items shall be the period during which the relevant game is provided; provided, however, that for the paid in-game currency set forth in Article 20 and for Paid Items sold with an individually specified validity period, the validity period shall be the period set forth in that Article or the period displayed on the purchase screen, respectively.
Article 20 (Validity Period and Order of Consumption of In-Game Currency)
- In-game currency issued for consideration in Our Games (hereinafter referred to as “Paid Currency,” with the name in each game being as set forth in Appendix 1) may be used only for 180 days from the date of grant, and shall be forfeited upon the expiration of that period.
- The validity period of Paid Currency is calculated for each grant from the date of that grant. It shall not be extended by reason of the date of last use or any other circumstance.
- No reimbursement, extension of the validity period, carry-over, re-grant, or any other compensation whatsoever will be provided for forfeited Paid Currency.
- In-game currency granted free of charge (hereinafter referred to as “Free Currency”) has no validity period unless otherwise specified in Appendix 1.
- If a User holds both Paid Currency and Free Currency, Paid Currency is consumed first, starting with the Paid Currency whose validity period expires soonest. This treatment is intended to avoid, as far as possible, forfeiture due to the lapse of the validity period.
Article 21 (Treatment Under the Payment Services Act)
- The in-game currency and Paid Items issued in Our Games may be used only within the relevant game and are not refundable.
- If the Company falls under the category of an issuer of prepaid payment instruments as defined in the Payment Services Act (資金決済に関する法律), the Company will make the necessary indications, notifications, and the like under that Act. If the unused balance exceeds the reference amount specified in that Act, the Company will take measures such as depositing security for issuance under that Act.
- Where refunds are to be made under that Act (where an event specified by laws and regulations occurs, such as the Company terminating the provision of one of Our Games), the Company will announce the method on the Service.
Article 22 (Refunds and Cancellations)
- Because Paid Items are digital content provided immediately upon completion of the purchase procedure, cancellations, returns, and refunds after purchase are, in principle, not accepted.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the Company may, at its discretion, provide a refund or re-grant Paid Items of an equivalent amount.
- Where purchased Paid Items were not granted due to reasons attributable to the Company
- Where Paid Items did not have their intended effect due to a bug of the Company
- Where a refund is required by laws and regulations (including rescission by a minor under Article 24, paragraph 3)
- Since sales through Paid Services constitute mail-order sales, the cooling-off provisions under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法) do not apply.
- Refunds for the User’s own reasons (including those based on a mistake in the purchase details or dissatisfaction with the game’s specifications or difficulty) are not accepted.
- If a User is subjected to account suspension or deletion measures under Article 29, no refund will be made for Paid Items held by that User.
Article 23 (Termination of a Game and Paid Services)
- After announcing the termination of the provision of one of Our Games, the Company will stop new sales of Paid Items for that game.
- Upon the termination of the provision of one of Our Games, the Game Data and items (including Paid Items) of that game will be lost. The Company bears no compensation or any other responsibility whatsoever for damage suffered by Users as a result, except where reimbursement is required by laws and regulations.
Article 24 (Use of Paid Services by Minors)
- If a minor uses Paid Services (makes purchases), the minor must obtain the consent of a legal representative on each occasion.
- The Company may display, on the purchase screen, a confirmation of whether the consent of a legal representative has been obtained.
- If a legal representative requests rescission of a purchase made by a minor User without the consent of the legal representative, the Company will confirm the circumstances through the contact point set forth in Article 35 and respond in accordance with laws and regulations. In this case, the Company may ask for the submission of necessary documents to verify identity and to confirm that the requester is the legal representative.
- If the Company accepts a rescission under the preceding paragraph, the Paid Items granted through the relevant purchase shall be forfeited, and the Company may, at its discretion, also revoke any in-game benefits obtained by using those Paid Items.
Chapter 5 Common Provisions
Article 25 (Prohibited Acts)

Article 26 (Prohibition of RMT (Real-Money Trading))
- Users shall not engage in any of the following acts (hereinafter referred to as “RMT”):
- Exchanging, or attempting to exchange, a NexlimGames Account, a Game Account, Game Data, in-game currency, Paid Items, or Free Items for real money or any other thing of property value (including electronic money, crypto assets, points, and items of other services)
- Conducting the transactions described in the preceding item, regardless of whether under the name of sale, transfer, lending, provision as collateral, or any other designation
- Soliciting, intermediating, or brokering, or advertising, the transactions described in the preceding items (whether within or outside the Service)
- Creating accounts, progressing in a game, acquiring items, or the like for the purpose of RMT
- If the Company reasonably determines that RMT has taken place, the Company will, without prior notice, suspend and delete all accounts involved in the transaction (whether on the selling, buying, or intermediary side). In this case, the Paid Items held by the relevant accounts shall be forfeited, and no refund of the consideration therefor will be made.
- Even if a User suffers damage as a result of RMT, the Company bears no responsibility whatsoever and will not intervene in any dispute between the parties to the transaction.
- In-game currency and items are functional values usable only within Our Games, and the Company does not guarantee to Users any property value outside the Service.
Article 27 (Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Posts)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the programs, images, text, audio, game balance, and any and all other content included in the Service and Our Games belong to the Company or the legitimate right holders.
- The copyright in a Comment belongs to the User who posted it. Users grant the Company permission to use Comments free of charge (including reproduction, display, and modification to the extent necessary) to the extent necessary for the provision and operation of the Service, responding to bugs, and introducing and promoting the Service (including display on the Service and introduction on the Company’s official accounts), and shall not exercise moral rights of authors against the Company.
- With respect to display names, self-introductions, chat messages, and the like entered by Users in Standalone Games, the Company may use them free of charge to the extent necessary for the provision and operation of the Service, display of rankings, responding to bugs, and introduction and promotion.
- Rights relating to scores, rankings, Game Data, items (including Paid Items), and other data recorded on the Service belong to the Company, and Users merely have the right to use them within the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 28 (Handling of User Information)
The handling of User information in the Service is set forth in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 29 (Usage Restrictions and Deletion of Posts)
- If a User violates these Terms, or if the Company reasonably determines that there is a risk of such violation, the Company may take the following measures without prior notice.
- Hiding or deleting Comments, chat messages, display names, or self-introductions
- Correcting or deleting scores and ranking records
- Correcting or deleting Game Data and items
- Suspending the use of some features of the Service, such as posting Comments, posting chat messages, and creating Match Rooms
- Suspending the subsequent use of Paid Services
- Suspending all use of a specific one of Our Games (including the Portal), suspending and deleting Game Accounts, and forcibly invalidating login sessions (Game-Level Suspension as referred to in the Account Terms)
- Suspending the NexlimGames Account as set forth in the Account Terms (Article 8 of the Account Terms)
- The Company is not obligated to explain the reasons for the measures set forth in the preceding paragraph; provided, however, that if a User so requests, the Company may conduct a re-examination at its discretion.
- If the Company confirms an act that violates these Terms and, as a measure under this Article, suspends or deletes a Game Account or a NexlimGames Account, the Paid Items and unused in-game currency held in the games subject to the measure shall be forfeited, and no refund of the consideration therefor will be made. They shall not be forfeited in the case of a temporary suspension to ensure the security of the account, such as in the case of unauthorized use by a third party (Article 8, paragraph 2, item 4 of the Account Terms).
- A Game-Level Suspension is a measure within the game subject to the measure. A Game-Level Suspension does not suspend the NexlimGames Account, and the User may continue to use Our Games other than that game; provided, however, that if the act that gave rise to the measure falls under Article 8, paragraph 2 of the Account Terms, the NexlimGames Account may be suspended under the Account Terms (including acts that constitute RMT under Article 26).
- If a NexlimGames Account is suspended, that account cannot be used to log in to any of Our Games. During this period, Game Data will not be deleted and will be retained until the suspension is lifted.

- The Company may terminate the provision of the Service or any of Our Games for its own reasons. In this case, the Company will, to the extent possible, announce this on the Service at least 30 days before the termination date; provided, however, that this does not apply where there are unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations, or business or technical reasons.
- Upon the termination of the Service or any of Our Games, scores, rankings, Comments, Game Data, and other data on the Service will be lost. Paid Services are governed by Article 23.
Article 31 (Disclaimer)
- The Company makes no warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, that the Service will be fit for a User’s particular purpose, have the expected functionality, accuracy, or usefulness, be continuously available, or be free of bugs.
- The Company bears no responsibility for any damage suffered by Users as a result of the use of, or inability to use, the Service (including the loss of scores, Game Data, and items); provided, however, that this does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- Any dispute arising between a User and another User, or between a User and a third party, shall be resolved at the responsibility and expense of the User, and the Company will not intervene.
- The Company bears no responsibility for events occurring on external sites linked from the Service or in external services used by the Service (Google, Discord, Cloudflare, payment service providers, etc.).
- Notwithstanding the main clause of paragraph 2, if the contract between the Company and a User constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法), the Company shall be liable for damage suffered by the User due to the Company’s minor negligence, within the scope of direct and actual damage that would ordinarily arise. Of this, the amount of compensation for damage arising in connection with Paid Services due to the Company’s minor negligence shall be limited to the total amount of consideration paid by the relevant User for the Paid Services of the relevant game during the 12 months preceding the time at which the damage occurred. This limit does not apply to damage caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Company.
Article 32 (Severability)
Even if any provision of these Terms or any part thereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions and the remaining part of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
Article 33 (Amendment of These Terms)
- The Company may amend these Terms without individual notice to Users where the amendment conforms to the general interests of Users, or where the amendment does not contravene the purpose of these Terms and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the amendment, the appropriateness of the amended content, and other circumstances relating to the amendment.
- The amended Terms shall take effect on the date on which the amendment takes effect as determined under paragraph 4. Where a material amendment that substantially restricts the rights of Users is made, the Company will announce it on the Service with a reasonable period of notice.
- When a User agrees to the amended Terms on the screen set forth in Article 2, paragraph 2, or uses the Service on or after the date on which the amendment takes effect under paragraph 4 (excluding the case where a person who has been asked for consent on that screen with respect to a material amendment under the second sentence of paragraph 4 has not given consent), the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
- When amending these Terms, the Company will determine the date on which the amendment takes effect, and will make known the fact that these Terms are to be amended, the content of the amended Terms, and the effective date, by posting them on the Service or by other appropriate methods, no later than the effective date. When making a material amendment, the Company will also confirm the consent of each User through the screen set forth in Article 2, paragraph 2 (with respect to persons using Guest Play, Article 2, paragraph 4 applies).
- An amendment that adds one of Our Games to Appendix 1 shall take effect through the notice set forth in the preceding paragraph, insofar as it does not affect the rights or obligations of existing Users, and the confirmation of consent under Article 2, paragraph 2, item 3 will not be carried out.
Article 34 (Past Versions)
The Company publishes on the Service the past versions of these Terms, the Account Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (including the terms of service and the like that Our Games had individually established) (list of past versions).
