Article 1 (Introduction)
Nexlim Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we") handles information about Users obtained through the browser game "VagrantCrown" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy").
To newly start the Service on or after the time at which the maintenance performed on November 1, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Switchover Date") ends (hereinafter referred to as "the Switchover"), you must log in with "NexlimGames ID" (id.nexlim.games), a common account operated by us. Use started before the Switchover without creating an account (Guest Play) may be continued on and after the Switchover. In the case of Guest Play as well, some of the information described below is recorded automatically. This Policy also covers that scope.
The handling of information on the NexlimGames ID authentication platform is governed by the "NexlimGames Privacy Policy." This Policy sets forth the handling of information in the Service and the information exchanged between the Service and the authentication platform (Article 7, paragraphs 4 and 5).
Article 2 (Information We Collect)
The information we collect and store through the Service is as follows. We do not collect any other information (such as addresses, telephone numbers, names, or dates of birth). Accounts created on the Service before the Switchover will be provided as NexlimGames IDs on and after the Switchover (Article 6, paragraph 7 of the Terms of Service). The email address, password hash value (converted with PBKDF2-SHA-256, 100,000 iterations), Discord or Google user identifier, and display name registered for such an account are managed on the authentication platform as the authentication information of the NexlimGames ID (Article 7, paragraph 4).
