Response to Inquiries	As a general rule, we will reply within seven (7) business days after receipt.
Selling Price	Displayed on the purchase screen for each item (total price inclusive of the amount equivalent to consumption tax)
Charges Other Than the Price of the Item	Communication charges necessary for using the Service and completing purchase procedures shall be borne by the customer. We do not charge any separate fees.
Payment Methods	Credit card payment and other methods through the payment services provided by Stripe, Inc. (subject to the methods displayed on the purchase screen)
Payment Timing	Payment is finalized upon completion of the purchase procedure. The actual timing of the charge depends on the terms of the payment method you use.
Delivery Timing	Items will be granted to the customer's account immediately after completion of the purchase procedure.
Type of Items	Digital content (in-game items and in-game currency) usable only within the Service (the browser game "VagrantCrown")
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds	Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds after completion of the purchase procedure. However, this does not apply where an item was not granted due to reasons attributable to us, or where a refund is required by laws and regulations (such as the rescission of a purchase made by a minor without the consent of a legal representative). For details, please refer to Article 12 of the Terms of Service.
Cooling-Off	Since sales in the Service constitute mail-order sales, the cooling-off provisions under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) do not apply.
System Requirements	The latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox (with JavaScript and Cookies enabled). Operation in environments other than the recommended environments is not guaranteed.
Expiration	Crown Gems (in-game currency usable only within the Service) that are issued for a fee may be used only for 180 days from the date on which they are granted. They shall expire upon the lapse of that period, and no refund, extension of the period, or re-granting will be made. Crown Gems granted free of charge have no expiration date. Other items may be used during the period in which the Service is provided. Items sold with an individually specified expiration date may be used until the expiration date displayed on the purchase screen.
Purchases by Minors	Minors must obtain the consent of a legal representative (parent or guardian) before making a purchase. For purchases made without such consent, the legal representative should contact us at the contact address above.
Limits on Sales Quantity, etc.	We may set upper limits on the number of purchases or the quantity purchased. In such cases, the limits will be displayed on the purchase screen.
